Why the site exists
The top organic SERP results for "gas prices by state" are AAA (rank 1) and GasBuddy (rank 2). Both are excellent. Neither shows you which upstream source supplied a given number, neither publishes a machine-readable CSV of state averages, and neither carries a named editor. This site closes those three gaps.
Editorial independence
Digital Signet runs a small portfolio of source-cited reference sites. We do not accept payment for placement and we do not run sector affiliate programs (no fuel-card, station, EV-charging, or oil-company offers). Operating costs are funded by other Digital Signet properties.
